Voltage/frequency stability: low reactance design is adopted, the voltage distortion rate is less than 5% under nonlinear load, and the voltage and frequency can be quickly restored during instantaneous loading.
Fuel economy: PT fuel supply system optimizes combustion efficiency, and the fuel consumption rate is as low as 200g/kWh (full load condition).
Intelligent control: The integrated ECU controller monitors oil pressure, water temperature and other parameters in real time, and supports remote operation and maintenance as well as fault diagnosis.
Environmental protection design: SCR denitration system is configured, and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission is less than or equal to 30mg/Nm³, which meets the national VI and European V emission standards.
Initial running-in: the new unit needs to perform a running-in period of 1500-2500km (about 100 hours), avoid overload or long idle running, and check the crankcase oil level every 10 hours.
Fuel management: Use clean diesel and replace the filter element regularly to prevent impurities from blocking the PT fuel supply system. Empty the pipeline if the machine is shut down for more than 30 days.
Daily maintenance: clean the air filter every 500 hours, and replace the spark plug and oil filter every 1000 hours.
Long-term disuse: inject rust inhibitor to protect the engine, disconnect the negative battery and cover the dust cover.
National coverage: Cummins has built 24-hour service stations in China to provide fault response, spare parts supply and technical training.
