Usage Method and Operating Procedure

(1) Pre-startup inspection

External inspection: Check that the exterior of the silent box is undamaged and there are no foreign objects inside.
Engine oil level: Ensure that the engine oil level is between the "L" and "H" marks on the dipstick.
Coolant level: Check if the coolant in the radiator is sufficient.
Fuel level: Make sure there is enough diesel in the fuel tank and open the fuel valve.
Battery power: Check whether the connection wires of the battery are firm and whether the voltage is normal.
Air filter: Confirm that the filter element is not clogged.
Output cable: Check whether the output circuit breaker is in the "OFF" (open) state and whether the connected load cable is correct and secure.

(2) Start operation

Turn the mode switch on the control panel to the "Manual" mode.
Press the "Start" button and the unit will start. If the first startup fails, please wait for 30 seconds and then try again.
After starting, let the unit run under no-load conditions for 3 to 5 minutes to observe whether the oil pressure, voltage and frequency are stable, and listen for any abnormal sounds.
After all parameters stabilize, close the output circuit breaker and start supplying power to the load.

(3) Normal shutdown

Gradually remove all loads.
Open (OFF) the output circuit breaker.
Let the unit continue to run under no-load conditions for 3 to 5 minutes to cool down the engine and turbocharger.
Press the "Stop" button and the unit will stop running.
If not used for a long time, the fuel valve should be closed.

Important Precautions and Details

Installation location:

It should be placed on a flat, solid and well-ventilated ground.

Ensure that there are no obstructions in front of the exhaust vent, and that the intake and exhaust air are unobstructed to prevent the backflow of exhaust gas or poor heat dissipation.

Stay away from flammable and explosive items.

Fuel and engine oil：

High-quality diesel that meets national standards (such as the National VI standard) must be used, and the water and impurities settled at the bottom of the fuel tank should be regularly drained.

Use the specified grade and grade of engine oil strictly in accordance with the engine manual and change it regularly.

Load Management：

Overloading operation is strictly prohibited! The load should not exceed the rated power of the unit.

When starting high-power motor loads (such as water pumps and air conditioners), the huge starting current should be taken into account and sufficient margin should be reserved.

Monitoring in operation：

Even if it has an automatic protection function, regular inspections should be carried out during operation, with attention paid to key parameters such as oil pressure, cooling water temperature, voltage and frequency.

Pay attention to whether there are any abnormal noises, vibrations or smoke.

Maintenance and care

Keep the unit clean, especially the radiator fins, to prevent overheating due to dust blockage.

Safety Warning

When the unit is in operation, the temperature of the exhaust pipe is extremely high. Do not touch it.

When used indoors, the exhaust gas must be discharged outdoors to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.

Before making any electrical connection or maintenance, make sure the unit has completely stopped and the starting power supply has been disconnected.
