Usage Method

1. Pre-startup inspection (Mandatory item)

2. Startup operation

1. Mode selection: The control system switches between "Automatic" (timed/remote trigger) or "manual" (press the start button).
2. Start monitoring: Increase the rotational speed to 1500r/min, the oil pressure to ≥0.3MPa, and the water temperature to 80℃ (approximately 3-5 minutes)
3. Loading process: Close the output switch → First startup load ≤50% (run for 30 minutes) → Gradually increase to full load

3. Operation monitoring

• Real-time parameter viewing: Voltage 380V±5%, frequency 50Hz±0.5Hz, water temperature ≤95℃, oil pressure ≥0.2MPa
• Recording requirements: Record parameters once every hour. In case of abnormality, immediately unload and stop the machine

4. Shutdown operation

1. Unloading: Load drops to 0→ Disconnect the generator output switch
2. Cooling: Run the engine idle for 3 to 5 minutes (to prevent the internal combustion engine from overheating)
3. Shutdown: Press the "Stop" button → Close the natural gas valve → Disconnect the control power supply (Disconnect the battery wiring for long-term shutdown)

Pay attention to details

1. Safety Protection (Red Line Clause)

• Installation environment: Keep away from open flames and flammable and explosive materials. Ventilation volume ≥ 10 times the volume of the unit per hour. Install a gas leakage alarm (sensitivity ≤0.1% VOL).
• Operating Procedures: Work with valid certificates. Do not disassemble fuel or electrical components during operation. Before maintenance, cut off fuel, power supply and purge residual gas in the pipeline
• Grounding requirements: Grounding resistance ≤4Ω, and electrical circuits comply with the GB 50254 standard
