Instructions for use

Operation specifications

Check before starting: the water content of fuel should be lower than standard (pay special attention in winter), and antifreeze should be added to the cooling system.
Operation monitoring: observe the voltage and frequency in real time through the control screen to avoid overload operation (it is recommended that the load rate should be less than 80%).
Stop the unit when the water temperature drops below 50℃, and drain the cooling water in cold areas to prevent freezing and cracking.

Maintenance points

Regular maintenance: change the oil and filter every 500 hours, clean the air filter every 200 hours. Vibration treatment: check the connection state of the bellows and the exhaust pipe, and replace the worn parts in time. Long-term storage: fuel tank filling stabilizer, battery disconnect electrode, avoid open storage.
