Shandong Kecheng Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd.'s "Kecheng" brand diesel generator sets use engines from Shanghai Xin Dongliang Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. as the power source, with accompanying motors from well-known domestic and international manufacturers. The main generators include: Ingersoll Rand, Stanford, Marathon, Lishenma, and Siemens; the power range is from 20kW to 2210kW, suitable for generator sets with power ranging from 16kW to 2000kW. The digital control system supports remote control, group control, automatic paralleling, and fault protection functions, with an industry-leading level of intelligence.

Efficient power design

The compact structure such as integral crankshaft, gantry engine block and flat cut connecting rod is adopted to improve mechanical strength and reliability, which can be exchanged with the old 135 diesel engine.
The supercharged intercooler technology (such as G128 series) optimizes combustion efficiency, has fast transient response and strong loading capacity, and covers a power range of 20~ 2210kW to meet the needs of small and large engineering equipment.

Environmental protection and low energy consumption

The new nozzle combustion chamber, combined with high injection pressure design, reduces pollutant emissions (in line with JB8891-1999 standards), and noise control meets GB14097-1999 requirements.
Low fuel consumption performance: Taking the 13E engine as an example, the fuel consumption is maintained at a low level in engineering power supply, with outstanding economy.

Environmental adaptability

Highland performance: The J98/J114b exhaust turbocharger is used, and the power at an altitude of 5000 meters is reduced by 3%.
High dust tolerance: through high vacuum exhaust ejector and three-stage swirl air filter, reduce equipment wear in sandy environment.

Reliability assurance

Lubrication and cooling system optimization design, reduce pipeline external connection, reduce oil leakage risk; equipped with brushless AC generator, improve long-term operation stability.
