1. Intelligent emergency control system

2. Emergency start-up operation (automatic mode, recommended)

1. Switch the controller knob to the "Auto" mode, and the ATS will automatically monitor the grid voltage.

2. When the power grid is cut off, the ATS triggers the start-up signal of the unit, and the unit starts automatically (start-up time ≤15 seconds).

3. After startup, the controller monitors the rotational speed (up to 1500r/min), oil pressure (≥0.3MPa), and water temperature (gradually rising to 70℃). Once the parameters stabilize, the ATS automatically switches the load to supply power to the unit.


3. Manual start operation (emergency backup)

1. Switch the controller to "manual" mode and press the "Preheat" button (preheat for 30-60 seconds in low-temperature environments);

2. Press the "Start" button. After the unit starts, observe the parameters. Once they stabilize, manually close the output switch and then switch the load through ATS.

3. When the load is put into operation, it should be gradually loaded. The initial loading should not exceed 50% of the rated power. After 5 minutes, it can be raised to full load.


4. Shutdown operation (after power grid restoration)

1. After the power grid resumes power supply, the ATS automatically disconnects the load of the unit and switches to power supply from the grid.

2. When the unit enters no-load operation (for 3 to 5 minutes to cool down the engine), the controller automatically shuts down (or manually press the "Stop" button).

3. After the machine stops (for long-term shutdown), close the fuel valve, check for any leakage or component damage in the unit, and record the operating data.

Precautions (safety and maintenance)

1. Safety Protection (Red Line Clause)

1. The installation area of the unit should be far away from open flames, flammable and explosive items, and have good ventilation (the ventilation volume per hour should be ≥ 15 times the volume of the unit).

2. Operators must be professionally trained by Kecheng Electric Power and hold relevant certificates before taking up their posts. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble fuel pipelines and electrical components when the unit is in operation.

When starting up in an emergency, it is necessary to confirm that there is no short circuit at the load end to avoid equipment damage caused by starting the unit under load.
