2.Startup operation (Two modes)

(1) Manual start (commonly used, suitable for temporary power supply)

1. Open the fuel valve (located at the bottom of the fuel tank, clockwise), and switch the controller's "Start mode" to "manual".

2. Press the "Preheat" button (in winter or low-temperature environments, preheat for 30 seconds. The process is completed when the button light goes out).

3. Press the "Start" button. After the unit starts (hear the engine running sound and the speed rises to 1500r/min), observe the controller display: voltage 380V±5%, oil pressure ≥0.3MPa. After stabilizing for 3 minutes, close the output switch (air switch) and gradually load (the first load should not exceed 50%).

(2) Automatic start-up (equipped with ATS, suitable for emergency backup)

1. Set the ATS switch to the "Auto" position and switch the controller's "Start Mode" to "Auto".

When the mains power is interrupted, the ATS automatically triggers the unit to start, and the entire process of preheating, starting and loading is completed automatically (without manual intervention).

After the mains power is restored, the ATS automatically disconnects the load of the unit and switches back to the mains power. The unit will run no-load for 3 minutes and then automatically shut down.

3. Operation Monitoring (Daily Simple Monitoring)

• Real-time viewing: Check the controller display every 2 hours to ensure that the voltage (380V±5%), frequency (50Hz±0.5Hz), water temperature (≤95℃), and oil pressure (≥0.2MPa) are normal, and no fault lights are on.
• Abnormal handling: If "high water temperature" (check the coolant after shutdown), "low oil pressure" (check the oil level), or "overload" (reduce the load) occurs, stop the machine to eliminate the fault before restarting. It is strictly prohibited to operate with faults.

4. Shutdown operation (completed in 3 steps)

1. Unloading: First, turn off all electrical equipment, and then disconnect the output switch (air switch) of the unit.
2. Cooling: Keep the unit running unloaded for 3 to 5 minutes (to cool down the engine and prevent high-temperature shutdown from damaging components);
3. Shutdown: Press the "Stop" button on the controller. After the unit stops, close the fuel valve (for long-term shutdown) and disconnect the power supply of the controller (unplug the power plug).

Safety and Protection (Adaptation Specifications for Small and Medium-sized Scenarios)

1. Installation safety (Simplified requirements)

• Site selection: Install on a well-ventilated, flat ground far from open flames (at least 5 meters away) (no special cement foundation is required; wooden boards or rubber pads can be used). For outdoor installation, a simple rain shelter should be built (to prevent rainwater from directly hitting the unit), and for indoor installation, Windows should be opened for ventilation (2 to 3 times per hour).

• Electrical safety: Grounding of the unit (connected to the grounding electrode with a copper core wire of ≥2.5mm², with a grounding electrode depth of ≥1.5 meters); The output line should use copper cables of ≥10mm² (10-50kW) to avoid overload heating. When connected to the municipal power grid, a small grid connection protection device (customized by Kecheng) must be installed. Direct grid connection is strictly prohibited.

• Fire protection: One 4kg ABC dry powder fire extinguisher should be provided in the installation area (no more than 3 meters away from the unit). Flammable and explosive items (such as gasoline and diesel drums) are prohibited from being stored. A "No Smoking" sign should be posted.

2. Safe operation (Beginner-friendly)

• Personnel Requirements: Operators are required to read the "Operation Manual", understand the basic steps of "start/stop", no professional certificate is needed, but children and people who have drunk alcohol are prohibited from operating.

• Operating Precautions: Do not touch the exhaust pipe during operation (high temperature ≥300℃, prone to burns), and do not open the fuel tank cap (to avoid fuel evaporation and sparks). When adding fuel, the machine must be shut down. Wait until the unit cools down to room temperature (about 30 minutes) before proceeding.

• Personal protection: Wear work clothes and anti-slip shoes when operating. Wear gloves when cleaning the unit (to avoid scratches on the sharp edges of the machine body). Wear goggles when refueling (to prevent fuel from splashing into the eyes).

3. Maintain security (Simple and easy to implement)

• Power and fuel cut-off: Before maintenance, disconnect the power supply of the controller, close the fuel valve, and unplug the battery wiring (to avoid false start-up).

• Simple maintenance: When replacing the filters (oil filter, fuel filter), remove them slowly with a wrench (to avoid oil splashing). Seal the old filters (do not discard them at will). Use a dry cloth or brush to clean the dust on the machine body (do not rinse with water).

4. Emergency Response (Dealing with Sudden Situations)

• Unable to start: Check the battery voltage (charge if insufficient), fuel level (add to sufficient fuel level), and spark plugs (for 12V models, they can be removed to clean carbon deposits). If it still cannot start, contact after-sales service.

• Fuel leakage: Immediately stop the machine, close the fuel valve, wipe the leaked fuel with a dry cloth, check the pipeline interface (retighten), and only restart after confirming there is no leakage.

• Minor fires: Immediately stop the machine and cut off the fuel supply. Use a dry powder fire extinguisher to spray at the base of the flames. If the fire cannot be controlled, call 119 and evacuate to a safe area.
