1. Gradient silent system (adapted to power)

• Small section (20-200KW) : "Double-layer cold-rolled steel plate (outer layer 2mm/inner layer 1.5mm) +50mm high-density sound-absorbing cotton (density 48kg/m³)", the air inlet is equipped with a math-type sound-absorbing hole, and the air outlet is fitted with a small impedance muffler, with a noise reduction of ≥35dB, balancing quietness and portability.

• Medium and large sections (200-800KW) : "Three-layer composite structure (outer 2.5mm steel plate + middle 80mm sound-absorbing cotton + inner 2mm damping plate) + independent heat dissipation chamber", to prevent the noise of the cooling fan from leaking out, the volume of the muffler is increased to 100L, and the noise reduction is ≥40dB.

• Large section (800-2000KW) : Container-type silent (80mm rock wool sandwich panel), air intake/exhaust ports are separated into compartments, exhaust pipe is equipped with a large muffler (noise reduction ≥45dB), 100mm sound-absorbing cotton is pasted inside the box, vibration transmission rate ≤5% (spring vibration isolator + rubber pad).


2. Full-power power adaptation

• Small section: The engine adopts a small-displacement high-pressure common rail type (fuel injection pressure 1600bar), suitable for short-term emergency use (no more than 5 starts per day). The generator is a brushless self-excited type, with a voltage establishment time of no more than 0.5 seconds, suitable for civilian precision equipment.

• Medium and large segments: The engine is upgraded to a turbocharged intercooling system (with an intake volume increase of 30%), providing a large torque at low speeds (≥800N · m at 1500r/min), suitable for continuous operation (≥8 hours per day). 2.Startup operation (power division process)

1. Manual: Open the fuel valve → Controller "Manual" → Preheat for 30 seconds → Start → Idle for 3 minutes → Close the switch → Load ≤50%.

• Small section: Do not open the silent cover during operation. Stop the machine for cooling when refueling.

• Large section: For high-voltage operation, two people should cooperate (insulating clothing + insulating tools). It is strictly prohibited to pull the disconnector under load.
