2. Startup operation (power distribution process)

1. Trailer fixation: Park the vehicle on a flat ground. No support legs are needed (small ones do not). Pull the handbrake tightly.

2. Pipe connection: Connect the water inlet to the suction pipe (placed in the water source, with a depth of ≥1 meter), and connect the water outlet to the drain pipe.

3. Startup and operation: Open the fuel valve → Controller "manual" mode → Preheat for 30 seconds (low temperature) → Start the engine → Observe the rotational speed (1500r/min) → After the self-priming pump starts discharging water (about 1 minute), adjust the rotational speed until the flow rate meets the standard.

(2) 100-200KW (Large)

1. Trailer fixation: After the vehicle comes to a complete stop, extend the hydraulic support legs (operated with one button on the controller), lock the vehicle when it is level, and activate the ABS braking system.

2. Pipeline connection: quick joint docking suction/drainage pipe, check the seal (no leakage);

3. Start and run: "manual/automatic" mode of the controller → air start (press the starting valve) → check the oil pressure after the engine starts (≥0.3MPa) → start the water pump → graded loading (20%→50%→100%), and adjust the flow to the demand value through the controller.


3. Operation monitoring and shutdown

• Real-time monitoring: record flow rate, head, engine water temperature (≤95℃) and oil pressure (≥0.2MPa) every 30 minutes;For large vehicle models, the location and multi-vehicle status can be checked through the APP to prevent pipe disconnection and water shortage.

• Exception handling:

① Flow drop: stop to clean the water filter (impurity blockage), check whether the suction pipe is leaking (self-priming pump);

② Abnormal sound of water pump: stop and check the impeller (whether there is a foreign body stuck), bearing (wear needs to be replaced);

③ Trailer shift: large models immediately stop, readjust the support legs to ensure the level;

• Shutdown process:

① Unloading: reduce the speed to idle speed, turn off the water pump → turn off the inlet/outlet valve;

② Stop: press the "stop" button of the controller → close the fuel valve;

③ Finish: withdraw the support leg (medium/large), dish the water pipe, clean the filter impurities, and record the operation data.

Safety and Protection (Exclusive Specifications for Mobile Water Pump Trucks)

1. Driving safety (Core of the movement process)

• Traction requirements:

① Small vehicle models need to be towed by pickup trucks of ≥1.5 tons, and medium/large ones need to be towed by trucks of ≥5 tons. The towing ropes/rods must comply with the GB/T 25980 standard.

② Before driving, check the connection of the towing hook (locked in place), tire pressure (≥0.8MPa), and braking system (large ones with ABS self-check).

③ On rural roads, the speed should be no more than 30km/h; on expressways, it should be no more than 60km/h. When turning, slow down (no more than 20km/h) to avoid rollover.

• On-site safety

①When working, set up warning signs (triangular signs, warning lights) and prohibit non-operating personnel from entering within a radius of 5 meters.

When the suction pipe is placed in the water source, someone should supervise it to ②prevent it from falling into the water. The outlet of the drainage pipe should be kept away from people to prevent injury from high-pressure water spraying.


2. Operational Safety (Fluid and Mechanical Risks)

• Personnel requirements:

① Operators must hold a "Motor Vehicle Driving License" (C1 or above, for towing small vehicles) or B2 (for towing large vehicles), and pass the specialized training provided by Kecheng.

②When working, wear anti-slip shoes and waterproof gloves. When in contact with corrosive liquids, wear acid and alkali resistant gloves to avoid burns from the medium.

• Operating contraindications:

① Do not operate the water pump without water (even a short period of time will damage the mechanical seal).

② Do not start large vehicles when the support legs are not fully extended (the vehicle body is unstable and prone to displacement).

③ It is prohibited to convey media that exceed the capacity of the water pump (for example, if a regular pump conveys strong acids, a corrosion-resistant pump should be used).

• Emergency response:

① Water pipe burst: Stop the machine immediately, close the valve and replace the water pipe.

② Engine fire: Use dry powder fire extinguishers to put out the fire (water is prohibited), and evacuate people.

③ Leakage fault: Disconnect the power supply, wear insulating equipment to check the wiring, and do not touch electrical components without protection.
