2.Startup operation process

(1) Micro units (5-20KW, air-cooled)

1. Preparation: Place the unit in a well-ventilated area (at least 1 meter away from obstacles), plug in the load plug (such as a household socket), and confirm that the emergency stop button has been reset.

2. Startup: At low temperatures (≤5℃), press the "Preheat" button (30 seconds until the light goes out), then press the "Start" button and observe the rotational speed (1500r/min±50r/min) and voltage (220V/380V±5%).

3. Loading: After the voltage stabilizes, turn on the lighting/small household appliances (≤50% load) first. Wait for 5 minutes before turning on high-power devices (such as air conditioners) to avoid full load at one time.


(2) Small and medium-sized units (50-100KW, water-cooled + ATS)

1. Preparation: Check the coolant level, close the ATS switch (set to "automatic" mode), and ensure that the mains power connection is normal;

2. Startup: Press the "Startup" button on the controller, and the unit will automatically preheat (in a low-temperature environment) → Startup → After the voltage stabilizes, ATS will automatically switch to power supply for the unit.

3. Monitoring: View the current (not exceeding the rated value) and water temperature (≤95℃) through the controller screen. The operation data can be remotely observed via the mobile phone APP.


3. Operation monitoring and shutdown

• Key points of real-time monitoring

① Micro unit: Check the voltage (220V/380V) and oil pressure (≥0.2MPa) every 30 minutes, and listen to the engine sound (no abnormal noise).

② Small and medium-sized units: The controller automatically monitors water temperature (≤95℃) and fuel consumption. When the threshold is exceeded, it automatically alarms, eliminating the need for frequent manual checks.

• Exception handling:

① High water temperature (water-cooled model) : Shut down the machine to check the coolant. If it is insufficient, add antifreeze (in winter).

1. Installation safety (focus on low power)

• Venue requirements:

① Place in a well-ventilated and open area (at least 5 meters away from flammable materials). The micro unit should not be placed in a closed space (such as a bedroom) to prevent poisoning from exhaust gases.

② The ground should be level (for micro units, a cement platform can be placed, and for medium and small-sized units, the support legs should be leveled) to prevent vibration and displacement during operation.

③When used outdoors, a simple awning should be set up (to prevent direct rain from hitting the unit), but ventilation openings should be left (for heat dissipation).

• Electrical safety:

① Grounding protection: All models must be grounded (driven into the ground with 1.5-meter-long galvanized Angle steel, grounding resistance ≤4Ω) to prevent electric shock.

② Wiring standards: For micro units, use a 16A household socket (with a matching plug). For medium and small-sized units, press the wiring tightly with a copper nose. Do not touch the live terminals with your hands.

③ Child protection: Fences (with a height of no less than 1 meter) should be set up around the unit, and signs reading "No Children Approaching" should be posted.

• Fire protection configuration:

① One 4kg ABC dry powder fire extinguisher should be equipped (placed within 1 meter beside the unit). Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited around the unit.

② Fuel storage: Use a metal fuel tank (avoid deformation of plastic fuel tanks due to exposure to direct sunlight), keep it at least 3 meters away from the unit, and stop the machine when refueling.


2. Operational safety (Focus on low power)

• Personnel requirements:

①Operators must read the operation manual, master the "start-stop" process, and are strictly prohibited from operating while drunk or fatigued.

② Do not open the protective net during operation (to avoid touching rotating parts with hands), and do not touch high-temperature parts (such as exhaust pipes, with a temperature of ≥300℃).

• Operating contraindications:

① Overloading operation is prohibited (such as a 5KW unit driving a 10KW device) to prevent engine overload damage.

② It is strictly prohibited to add fuel or engine oil when the unit is in operation. The operation should be carried out after the machine has been shut down.

③ Do not rinse the unit with water (even if it is IP54 protected). Wipe it clean with a dry cloth.

④ Do not use outdoors during thunderstorms. Disconnect the power supply to avoid lightning strikes.

• Emergency response:

① Engine fire: Immediately press the "Emergency stop" button, close the fuel valve, and use a dry powder fire extinguisher to put out the fire (water is prohibited).

② Electric shock: Disconnect the power supply, push the person who has been electrocuted away with a dry wooden stick, and call the emergency number if necessary.

③ Abnormal noise: Stop the machine and check the fan/belt (if there is any foreign object stuck). If you have no experience, contact after-sales service.

• Preparations before maintenance:
